Todays menu featured Sopa De Ternilla. My regular customers who enjoy this dish where all her for luch today. Sopa De Tenilla is a Broth soup made with chuncks of beef and finishes with fresh fried plantains. Its exactly what the doctor ordered on a cool and cloudy day.
